Standardization of processes, quality assurance within the group and observing the legal requirements for auditor independence represent the main challenges for networks and associations (e.g. Art. 22 of 8th directive of the European Union, the IFAC Code of Ethics sec. 290 or the Sarbanes-Oxley Act). DATEV offers a wide range of products and services for these objectives.
Special requirements arise for networks and associations concerning the independence check when implementing international directives for independent auditing. The program DATEV "Independency Check" makes it possible to identify conflicts of interest already during the order verification. In this way, auditors can consequently fulfil all regulatory requirements. The DATEV Tools for Auditors enable an efficient quality assurance and a standardization of processes within an organization on an international level.
