Members' representatives meeting

The members' representatives meeting supersedes the members' general assembly and takes on its tasks, as customary with cooperatives of this size.

The elected representatives exercise their rights in the affairs of the cooperative in the members' representatives meeting. Its duties result from law and cooperative's statutes, and are specified in more detail in the cooperative code which DATEV acknowledges.

The members' representatives meeting is to be held within the first six months of the financial year and usually takes place in the second half of June.
