Working at DATEV means working in Germany - it's a great place to live! So, you either already live in Germany or plan to do so. Our business language is German; therefore, we will support you in learning it from the start.
Ideally, you have already had some contact with the German language. You will attend a private language course tailored to your level of German. You will be assigned to a training mentor who will help you with any language problems you might have. There is also a community for networking and integrating colleagues whose first language is not German. We are also working on a translation tool for confidential documents. Our door is open - all you have to do is walk in.
