DATEV COMMITTEES

The committees of DATEV comprise the executive board, the supervisory board, and the members' representatives meeting.
In addition to these mandatory committees, the statutes of DATEV provide two further voluntary committees: the council of representatives and the advisory board. They are independent of the other committees and have their areas of responsibility in which they advise the executive board.

DATEV advisory board
The DATEV advisory board approaches the cooperative with requests and suggestions made by the organizations of the tax consulting profession.
DATEV council of representatives
The council of representatives discusses with the board the requests of members and advises the board in the areas software and services.
DATEV executive board
Manages the cooperative on its own responsibility for the economic advancement of its members. Its duties are defined by law and the Articles of Association.
DATEV supervisory board
The supervisory board appoints and dismisses the DATEV the board members and monitors the executive board in its management.
DATEV members' representatives meeting
The members representatives meeting supersedes the members general assembly and takes on its tasks, as customary with cooperatives of this size.
