Council of representatives
DATEV’s council of representatives advises the executive board from the users’ perspective.
The council of representatives discusses with the board the requests, suggestions and complaints of members, and advises the board in the areas of software, services, and member support. Details are regulated by the cooperative’s statutes.
The council of representatives is to be elected within the first two months of the term of office for four years. From each electoral district, the representatives elect for every ten representatives from among their ranks a member to the council of representatives.
